The City.Risks project was presented by the co-ordinator Socrates Costicoglou on June 13th at the Major Cities of Europe annual conference in Zagreb. The speech was held in the session “Resilience of Cities”, hosting also speakers from the city of Florence, the city of Vienna and the city of Zurich.
The project’s rationale and main already achieved results were illustrated, including the City.Risks ICT architecture, the app functionalities and the anti-theft BLE sensor. An overview of the planned future actions that will be developed in the final year of the project was also provided. The session included a panel where the main issues regarding resilience in the cities were discussed. The project had also a stand at the conference where attendees had the opportunity to get more information on the project’s outcomes.
